Corporate events and brand coverage
For a conference, company celebration or brand activation, the important photographs are not always the loudest moments. Share the speakers, presentations, sponsor requirements and people your team needs to document. We can discuss a shot list that includes the venue, audience, key interactions and details of the event identity.
Concerts and live performances
Stage lighting, audience energy and changing schedules call for preparation. When requesting concert coverage, include the running order, access arrangements and any restrictions around the stage. This helps us discuss where photography can take place and what coverage is realistic during each part of the performance.
Plan the delivery around its use
Let us know whether the photographs are intended for a company report, press release, sponsor recap or social media. Coverage hours, editing requirements and delivery dates are agreed through the quotation. If you also need an event film or highlight reel, include that in the brief so photography and video can be planned together.
Before you book
Can I request photography and videography together?
Yes. Share the programme and the photo and video deliverables you need. The team will confirm the scope and availability in your quotation.
How much does event photography cost?
The quotation depends on the location, coverage time and agreed deliverables. Contact OneX Media with your event brief for pricing.
